How buyers place orders, track status, and understand delivery updates on Pimarket.

How do I place an order?
Add a product to your cart, proceed to checkout, choose your delivery destination, and complete payment. You can pay securely using Visa, Mastercard, or your preferred cryptocurrency.
What payment methods does Pimarket accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard payments, processed securely through Stripe the global standard for online payments. We also accept a wide range of cryptocurrencies via NOWPayments. All payments are processed instantly, and you pay in the currency you hold without hidden conversion fees.
Where do I track my order?
Open your Orders page from your account dashboard. Each order card shows the current status, the shipping estimate, and lets you expand the view for more detail.
What do statuses like Processing or Delivered mean?
Processing means the seller or payment flow is still being finalised. Shipped means the seller has marked the order as dispatched and it is on its way to you. Delivered means the seller has confirmed dispatch and the estimated delivery window has passed.
What if my order does not arrive or there is a problem?
If your item has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if it arrives damaged or not as described, you can raise a dispute directly from your Orders page. Pimarket holds funds securely and will step in to mediate if you and the seller cannot reach a resolution.
Can I cancel an order?
You can request a cancellation from your Orders page before the item has been marked as Shipped. Once an item has shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and initiate a return according to the sellers return policy.
