These terms explain how Pimarket operates as a marketplace for approved South African sellers exporting products to buyers in supported international destinations.
Pimarket connects buyers with independent South African sellers. Pimarket is not the manufacturer, owner, or reseller of the products listed by sellers unless a listing clearly states otherwise.
The platform provides account access, seller onboarding, product listing tools, checkout, order records, buyer support structure, seller wallet records, and operational controls used to keep the marketplace trustworthy.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing product details, destination availability, shipping information, customs notices, and total checkout cost before placing an order.
International orders may be subject to customs checks, import duties, local taxes, courier requirements, or delivery delays outside Pimarket's direct control. Where these apply, the buyer remains responsible unless the checkout or product page states otherwise.
Sellers are responsible for listing products truthfully, keeping stock accurate, using lawful product categories, providing export-ready product information, and packing orders according to the saved parcel details used for buyer shipping.
Because Pimarket supports export sales from South Africa, sellers must provide accurate product weight, dimensions, customs descriptions, destination availability, and order fulfilment updates. Incorrect seller data can delay orders, affect shipping costs, or lead to review.
Product subtotal and buyer-paid shipping are handled separately. Shipping may depend on destination country, seller, product quantity, parcel size, chargeable weight, and courier booking details.
Pimarket may coordinate or record courier booking details after checkout, including tracking numbers, courier labels, waybills, and fulfilment status updates. Sellers must pack and dispatch according to the information shown in their seller dashboard.
Pimarket may review, restrict, suspend, or remove accounts, listings, orders, withdrawals, or marketplace access where fraud, abuse, policy violations, inaccurate export data, repeated fulfilment failures, payment risk, or legal risk is suspected.
These terms work together with the seller agreement, buyer protection policy, acceptable use policy, KYC policy, privacy policy, and commission agreement.
