This policy defines how buyers, sellers, and visitors may use Pimarket, especially around export listings, checkout integrity, shipping records, account safety, and marketplace abuse prevention.
Users may not misrepresent identity, sell prohibited products, manipulate listing visibility, evade moderation, abuse dispute workflows, interfere with buyer or seller operations, or misuse Pimarket support channels.
Sellers may not list products that are unlawful, unsafe, misleading, counterfeit, export-restricted, incorrectly categorized, or unsupported for the destination countries they enable.
Sellers may not intentionally understate product weight, parcel dimensions, item quantity, customs descriptions, product value, destination limits, or other data used for buyer shipping and export handling.
Buyers may not provide false delivery information, misuse chargeback or dispute processes, request prohibited routing, or attempt to bypass customs, courier, or marketplace requirements.
Payment, wallet, order, reporting, shipping, label upload, and administrative workflows may not be used to generate false records, duplicate financial events, manipulate balances, or test platform edge cases in a way that threatens data integrity.
Attempts to exploit order status changes, webhook behavior, payout flows, shipping reconciliation, moderation gaps, or admin tooling are treated as serious platform misuse.
Pimarket may remove listings, block checkout, suspend sellers, freeze withdrawals, cancel marketplace access, or escalate investigation where acceptable-use violations are detected or reasonably suspected.
Where appropriate, action may be taken before a dispute is fully resolved if leaving an account, listing, or payout active would materially increase risk.
If you need clarification about marketplace operations, buyer protection, or seller standards, the support team can point you to the right workflow.
