Acceptable use policy

This policy defines the behavior Pimarket expects from buyers, sellers, and visitors using the marketplace, including platform abuse prevention, listing integrity, account safety, and misuse of operational systems.

What to expect
Fraud, abuse, evasion, and manipulation are prohibited.
Listings, orders, wallet flows, and admin systems cannot be used to bypass marketplace rules.
Pimarket may restrict or suspend access to protect the platform and its users.

Marketplace behavior expectations

Users may not use Pimarket to misrepresent identity, sell prohibited products, manipulate listing visibility, evade moderation, abuse dispute workflows, or interfere with seller, buyer, or platform operations.

Any behavior that creates marketplace instability, payment risk, or user harm may be investigated and can result in content removal, account restriction, payout holds, or permanent suspension.

Operational system misuse

Payment, wallet, order, reporting, and administrative workflows may not be used to generate false records, duplicate financial events, manipulate balances, or test platform edge cases in a way that threatens data integrity.

Attempts to exploit order status changes, webhook behavior, payout flows, or moderation gaps are treated as serious platform misuse.

Enforcement

Pimarket reserves the right to remove listings, block access, suspend sellers, freeze withdrawals, or escalate investigation where acceptable-use violations are detected or reasonably suspected.

Where appropriate, platform actions may be taken before a dispute is fully resolved if leaving an account active would materially increase risk to buyers, sellers, or the platform itself.
