Over the past 15 years, Ugandan Arabica coffee has emerged as a major player in the premium African coffee arena. This AA coffee, from the Sipi Falls region of Mt Elgon, is grown sustainably by 7000 co-operative farmers. They hand-pick the cherries, to ensure quality and consistency in the cupping. It's a lovely, universally popular coffee - with softer, less fruity tones than other African coffees. Ideal as a filter coffee, or in a manual pour-over.
