Our Habanero Vinegar is an artisanal answer to traditional hot sauce. Fresh habaneros, whole garlic, basil, thyme, and bay leaves are steeped for a full week in a combination of vinegars, allowing the punchy heat of the habanero and the aromatic botanicals to fully infuse. Bright, fruity, and delicately sweet, this clean-finishing splash brings a sharp, vibrant acidity and refined heat to elevate any dish without heavy oils or thickeners. Ingredients: Rice Vinegar, Habanero chillies, desert salt, bay leaves, basil, thyme, black pepper, garlic, colourant (paprika). Allergens: Garlic. Produced in a factory that uses tree nuts.
